On day 11 of April 2003 in Wroclaw the meeting of founders of Association of Professional and Social Activation of The Disabled People 'ACTUS' took place on which one undertook resolution about appointment of founder's committee.
In day 1 of October 2003 of year with decision of regional orchard for Wroclaw - Industrial (VI Department {faculty} Economic of National Judicial register) we obtained registration fee to National Judicial Register of (Register Of Associations) under number:
KRS: 0000174807
with abode in Wroclaw.
Organ performing supervision is: President of city of Wroclaw.
On day 15 of November 2003 of year General Council meeting took place, during which authorities of association were, in composition of which entered following persons:
